Do all the rooms have a balcony?: Yes, both our sea and garden view rooms have private balconies.
Do rooms have wifi?: Yes, there is wifi in all our guest rooms and in the public areas of the hotel.
I am travelling with my family. Do you have family rooms?: We have adjoining rooms which can be reserved in advance.
Are pool towels provided?: Yes, you do not need to pack towels for the pool!

How do we get to Grand Hotel Due Golfi?: To reach our hotel by car or public transportation, follow the directions on our website. We can also arrange private transfers upon request. We also provide free shuttle service to our guests to and from Sorrento.
How far is the hotel from the center of Sorrento?: We are 8 kilometers from the center of Sorrento, and we provide a free shuttle service to and from the city.
Is the hotel well-located for day trips?: Yes, our location is perfect for day trips along the coast and can be reached without having to face the traffic in the center of Sorrento. There is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel for those using public transportation.
Do you have a car park?: Yes, we have a large parking lot for those arriving by car.

Is there room service available?: Room service is available with a supplementary charge from 8 a.m. to midnight for beverages and during restaurant hours for food.
When is the restaurant open?: Our restaurant serves lunch from noon to 2:30 p.m. and dinner from 7 to 9:30 p.m.
Does the hotel have a concierge service?: Yes, our staff is available to help arrange tours and day trips by land or sea, either privately or with a small group. We can assist you in planning visits to all the most famous sights near the hotel.
